Non-Surgical Face Lifts

Using Botulinum Toxin, we are able to smooth forehead wrinkles, or 'frown lines', and wrinkles around the eyes, such as 'crows' feet' or laughter lines.
One area that is particularly prone to creasing as we get older is around the nose to mouth and particularly 'marionette lines' below the angle of the mouth. We can treat these areas using dermal fillers, which soften the creasing and make you look instantly rejuvenated.

What is botulinum toxin?
Botulinum toxin has been used for over 25 years and is a type of purified protein produced by the Clostridium botulinum bacterium. It is very safe and is injected directly into specifically targeted facial muscles in very tiny amounts.
It works by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to the facial muscles that have been injected. This makes the muscles less active and therefore softens and smoothes the appearance of persistent lines and wrinkles.
The effects of Botulinum Toxin often last up to four months, depending on the patient. In most cases patients can see a real difference after one treatment.
What are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are 'gel-like' substances that can be safely and painlessly injected into the skin with a very fine needle to smooth out lines and wrinkles.
With age the skin looses its ability to produce hyaluronic acid, which retains water. As a result the skin becomes drier, thinner and less able to restore itself, resulting in wrinkles and folds, making the skin look older.
Dermal fillers rehydrate the skin, lifting it up and smoothing out lines and wrinkles, making the skin look more youthful. They can be used to fill out hollow cheeks, elevate deep folds, improving scars and enhancing the shape of lips.
The effects can be seen immediately and can last for up to a year.
